$1,130 for a property with water meter (10,000 gallons of water included); $1 for every 1,000 gallons over that
If your property has a water meter hooked up, you will be charged $1,130 regardless if water was used during the year
$1,030 for property without a water meter
Payments are made using Property Management Systems Inc.
LRE does not allow for nightly, weekly or monthly rentals. This is a violation of our CC&R’s business activity statute
Discharging firearms & hunting are prohibited

One-time purchase fee of $150. Charge for key/lock change is currently $45
LRE is a Transient Non-Community water system
Backflows are required and are inspected annually (fee)
During Winter: The water system is turned off from Novemeber 1 to May 1
During Winter: Year-round residents switch to water storage tanks
During Summer: The water system is turned on from May 1 to Octorber 31
Roads are dirt and not maintained by Summit County
Speed limit is 18 mph, no exceptions
During Winter: Summit County does not snowplow the roads
During Winter: Community volunteers snowplow the roads
No trucks over 18,000 GVWR allowed on any LRE roads from November 1 – March 31
